Leslie Sheridan, Founder & Chairwoman
Leslie is a seasoned trailblazer and business development rainmaker with proven success in two startups and two turnarounds. Most notably, she was hired by IBM to turnaround a 1000-person
startup. As a result, she earned a Special Achievement Award.
There, she garnered $14M in deals her second year, topping the sales team.
(Her best startup skills came from being a stand-in mom and dad
to siblings for five years due to absent parents.)
Leslie's sold a variety of big-ticket solutions of many types across most industries.
Her specialties: enterprise-sized companies and selling HR consulting solutions.
She's led every sales team during her entire career.
Leslie has run her own consulting firm for 25+ years, specializing in coaching, human resources, marketing, and sales. She has 30 years in deep personal/business coaching.
Her prior career includes 10 years in human resources.
Leslie is a lifelong activist, including environmental,
where through her fundraising campaign for the Sierra Club,
she ended a 12-year battle against realtors
seeking to install an unnecessary international airport on Maui.
