Our Amazing Team

A team of status quo revisionists and unabashed climate visionaries!

Leslie

Leslie Sheridan, Founder

Leslie is a seasoned trailblazer and business development rainmaker with proven success in two startups and two turnarounds. Most notably, she was hired by IBM to turn around a 1000-person startup. As a result, she earned a Special Achievement Award. There, she garnered $14M in deals her second year, topping the sales team.

Leslie has run her own consulting firm for 25+ years, specializing in coaching, human resources, marketing, and sales. Her best startup skills come from being a stand-in mom and dad in their absence for years, for her brother and sisters. This yielded independence, resourcefulness, and resilience. Leslie is a lifelong activist, including for our environment.

The Bottom Line

“The number of millennials who believe that business has a positive impact on society was 47%, marking the first time that figure has dipped below 50%. Like millennials, fewer than half of Gen Zs see business as a force for
good in society.”
~ Deloitte Global Millennial & GenZ Survey 2021

“Millennials will remain the dominant group in the world’s four largest economies of China, US, Japan and Germany, with a ratio of 100 millennials to 73 Gen Z-ers. These four powerhouses have a combined population approaching 2 billion people.”
~ World Economic Forum, 2019

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can
change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”
~ Margaret Mead
